About TCN-20xZ
The TCN-20xZ extends the proven TCI architecture into the world of industrial Ethernet. Each card drives two MDRs while exposing PROFINET or EtherNet/IP communication to integrate seamlessly with Siemens, Rockwell, and other major PLC ecosystems.
Cards daisy-chain together over standard Cat 5e/6 cabling — no separate fieldbus wiring required. Configuration, monitoring, and diagnostics are all available through the PLC, dramatically simplifying commissioning and maintenance for large conveyor networks.
TCN supports the same Zero Pressure Accumulation (ZPA) logic as TCI, so existing TCI conveyors can be upgraded to TCN without re-engineering the mechanical layout. Ideal for plants standardizing on PROFINET or EtherNet/IP.
