About TRUERoller MDR
TRUERoller MDRs replace traditional belt or chain drive conveyors with embedded, intelligent rollers. Each unit integrates a high-efficiency brushless DC motor and gearbox inside a precision steel roller tube — in zinc-plated or stainless steel, rated IP54 or IP65.
Because the motor is self-contained, conveyors built with TRUERoller MDRs require no external drives or motor mounts. Energy is consumed only in active zones, significantly reducing operating costs. At 50 dB (no-load, 1 m), noise levels are well below conventional conveyor drives.
Pair with TCI (I/O) or TCN (EtherNet/IP / PROFINET) intelligent control cards for Zero Pressure Accumulation (ZPA) zones. Speed codes from 20 to 120 m/min and static load ratings from 20 to 60 kg (depending on installation length) cover a wide range of payload requirements. Each MDR also works with the TRUEProtect TP24 overvoltage protector to guard against voltage spikes from sudden braking.
