About TCI-20xZ
The TCI-20xZ series brings precision control to material handling conveyors. Each card independently manages two Motor Driven Rollers (MDRs) and supports two complementary operating modes: traditional PLC IO for centralized control schemes, and built-in Zero Pressure Accumulation (ZPA) for autonomous zone-by-zone product handling.
Multiple TCI cards can interconnect serially with each other, creating a configuration network topology with simple wiring. Photo-eye sensors verify product positions and trigger upstream/downstream handoffs without operator intervention — reducing PLC scan load and simplifying conveyor layouts.
Designed for OEM integrators, the TCI is configured via on-card DIP switches and rotary selectors. No programming is required for typical ZPA installations, dramatically cutting commissioning time.
