About SWG1608
SWG1608 delivers Gigabit Power-over-Ethernet to up to 8 devices — IP cameras, wireless APs, IoT sensors, VoIP phones — all powered through the same cable that carries data. Each port supports up to 30W (PoE+) per IEEE802.3at, with smart power budgeting across the switch.
Configuration is intentionally simple: a set of DIP switches on the top panel enables port isolation, 250m long-distance transmission mode (ports 1-4), QoS prioritization (ports 1-2), and PoE watchdog auto-recovery. No web interface, no IP address — set the DIPs and the switch just works.
Built for industrial environments, SWG1608 features wide 12-57 VDC input with redundant power inputs and polarity reverse protection. The IP40 fan-less housing operates from -20°C to +60°C without cooling, mounted on standard DIN rail.
