Automated spray-painting system for porcelain dolls
The software uses the imported 3D scan of an object to automatically generate a spray path, which is manually adjusted to create the final path, and in turn transmitted to a robotic arm via a LAN cable. Automated spraying is done in a dry spray booth at negative pressure, using a conveyer system to transmit and turn the objects.
